Staff Software Engineer · AI Platform & Distributed Systems Architect
I've been building software since I was a kid. At Warner Bros. Discovery, I got to see projects through from start to finish, on products like Bleacher Report, NBA Digital, and March Madness Live. I like building apps and software that people use, and I thrive on user feedback.
As a leader, I believe in keeping things simple. Over the years, I've learned plenty of hard lessons, and they've shaped how I work with others. I value transparency, remove obstacles for my team, and focus on creating an environment where people can do their best work.
Outside of work, I enjoy making things with my hands. Whether I'm tinkering with hardware or woodworking. I'm happiest when I'm building something.
Engineering Pillars
Radical Transparency
Foster trust through clear communication of strategy, metrics, and risks.
Build Systems, Not Heroes
Design resilient architectures that reduce single points of failure.
Always "We"
Champion shared ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and collective accountability.
Experience
Fault-Tolerant Multi-Agent Orchestration System
- Designed a fault-tolerant multi-agent orchestration system with strict separation of strategy, validation, execution, and capital control — all agents fully isolated with immutable message-passing.
- Implemented governance and risk agents with veto power for real-time safety enforcement; designed red-team validation agents for stress testing and failure discovery.
- Engineered an execution layer controlling slippage, exposure, and risk with sub-second latency.
